Interaction

Workforce Connect offers a combined top-down and bottom-up approach to encourage  sustainable change.

Support

You will have ongoing support from your own specialist Appellon Program Director and the team.

Reports

Every staff member is provided with access to their own dashboard, which gives them access to personal confidential reports.

Clusters

In clusters of 8 to 12, staff are asked to confidentially and anonymously rate peers and colleagues with regard to accountability related to demonstrating the critical behaviours and to their commitment to goal progression.
